Today we slept in and had a late breakfast of porridge and toast because it felt cold – the rain and wind had started over night and was continuing with a vengeance this morning.  Richard was first up (sorting out lines) and already had a heater on by the time I ventured out of the safe haven of the duvet.

The rain continued all day so we watched a DVD, sorted some admin, had lunch, and waited for a break.

A break appeared late afternoon, around 5pm, so we wandered into town for some fresh air and the obligatory visit to the local supermarket where we bought some prawns and a baguette for dinner, along with a bottle of Rioja.

Tonight the rain held off and, although a little humid, it was warm enough to eat in the cockpit enclosure, though still very overcast.
