Friday 1^st October – Messolonghi

With the promise of another nice day, we set to with more jobs.  Richard gave the dinghy a good clean and polish whilst I scrubbed the decks to remove the dust that had come down in the recent rain. 

During the day there were quite a number of yachts arriving – the live-aboard contracts arriving for the winter.

In the afternoon the weather clouded over unexpectedly so I was thankful that we had done the washing yesterday.  I cleaned the windows of the cockpit but didn’t change them out for the mosquito nets in case the rain came in with the clouds.

This evening we packed the dinghy away and then went round to see Russell on Aqua Domus for a game of cribbage.
