Today it was a grey start to the day, although no rain.  I have been catching up on the blogs.

People are closing up their boats for the winter now before going home and Richard spent the morning helping one of them fit a cover over their deck.  He then helped Harry move his boat across from the marina to the town quay.  This afternoon he pulled our dinghy out of the water and cleaned the bottom ready for us to put it away once it has dried out.

Russell is in the throws of selling his boat, it is quite a complicated saga.  He came around early evening for a game of cribbage for a break.

The clouds have been rolling in all afternoon and this evening the rain has arrived, summer is definitely over though it remains warm with temperatures still in mid-late 20s.
