Today I decided to rinse some of the dust from the building works out of the heads – I know it doesn’t sound like a great deal but the temperature is taking its toll and it is becoming very difficult to tackle these sorts of jobs down below – it certainly requires a cold shower afterwards to cool off.

Richard tackled the decks which have build up quite an accumulation of dust.  When he rinsed the inside of the cockpit enclosure it was like being in a steam bath.  Pyxis has gradually changed colour as the dust has been washed off; she is now looking clean and tidy again. 

Tonight it was BBQ night so another late night of chatting.
