Up early at 0500 and underway by 0530 after last check on possible weather changes, fortunately none so go for Menorca.
On donk, variable light breeze F2-3 presently on the nose. Squiddy No.1 attracted a wonderful bag-fish and lost it's 2 x hooks in the process. Squiddy No.2 now wiggling to attract a beautiful predator. Cool & wet decks at 0500 eventually dried as the sun came up. Light cloud an 1020mb means it could be a pleasant day. Expecting to attract decent winds by mid pm for the promise of some beam reach sailing. Taralee (sailing cat), friends from Kemmer who's hospitality we enjoyed yesterday, are heading towards Mallorca, departed about 4 hours after us so are about 24 miles astern.
Looking forward to meetingup with Gill, scuffer Andrew & Adam when they fly out on 27th.
Hope Freya enjoyed 1st Birthday yesterday xxxx
