Treasure Cay was just a brief overnight stop before heading on to meet the
Wallners in Hope Town. There are a few mooring balls in the harbour, but
the anchored boats grab these as soon as they come free. We found a spot
to anchor in the corner, and our newly leaded anchor held admirably overnight,
in the 30 knot gusts. We were waiting for a front to pass, so the wind
would clock round to the north and blow towards Hope Town, which meant we did
not leave until the following afternoon. This left time for the obligatory
walk on the beach, which is a truly Bahamian expanse of white sand.
