Sailing from Hakatea to Anaho

Yesterday we sailed from Hakatea, the "waterfall" bay, to a bay on the north of the island called Anaho.  On the way we say some majestic rock formations along the eastern shore of Nuku Hiva.
I can see several chess pieces in this picture. The helmeted rook is the most obvious, but there is a small knight on his left and a pawn on his right.
A man and his dog stand looking out to sea, unmoving for millennia.
Bordering on Mordor, but no sign of hobbits.
