Today we had an ARC seminar running through the
places we are going to visit and the weather conditions we will encounter on the
way. The leg to Panama should be fairly straightforward as long as we
keep 50 miles off the Columbian coast. Closer in there is wind
acceleration that has cause problems for boats in the past.
Daniel had a go up the mast to replace the deck
light bulb, which blew after we left Gibraltar, but which we did not have a
chance to replace in Gran Canaria.
In the evening we had the marina managers cocktail
party, which was another opportunity to meet people off the other ARC
boats.
