The plan was that the new mainsail I ordered in Grenada would be ready for
us in Tortola when we got back from the UK on 28 May.  The sail didn’t
actually ship from Grenada until 3 June and since then DHL have been dragging
their feet claiming that it is held up in customs in the US.  So here we
are, on 9th June, still waiting in the Virgin Islands.
I guess there are worse places we could be stuck. When we realized it was
going to be a while we left Tortola and sailed around the islands of Anegada and
Jost van Dyke.  Anegada is one of the few places where you can eat lobster
when there isn’t an R in the month and they have lobster’s to die for.
(Thank you Jane and Pete for letting the restaurant know we were special guests
that should get the monster lobsters!)
