The anchorage at Isla San Jose is off a long white sand beach.  Andrea and I visited the beach to look for shells.  There were a few waves breaking so we anchored the dinghy a few yards off and swam to shore.  The shells were few and far between on this beach, apart from the odd oyster shell being tumbled in the waves.

Gunvor XL is also anchored at San Jose island.  Bertie and Estella went over to visit, because apparently the folks on Gunvor had a problem with a red wine carton splitting open and they had to drink it all before it went off.
