Friday we went to Gouyave again. For the weekly fish festival. Again we had
a plesant experience. Two streets were closed to cars, and instead of the
traffic, we had the local people offering delicious seafood, which they
cooked on the site. There were many kinds of seafood. All deliciously
prepared. I guess that most of the fish was catched locally, but prawns were
imported from the US. We had to taste many different cources, and even if
thye prices were not too high, it soon added up to what you pay for a good
dinner in a restaurant. But it was all worth it.

It was not crowded, the tourists were the majority circleing the streets,
but locals also partisipated. Because of heavy rain we had to dive into one
of the local bars. There the locals were the majority, and Eva had some good
chats.

The atmosphare was relaxed adn friendly as we all the time has experienced
it in Grenada. Those who go to this island, should try to get to the fish
festival.
