Easy sailing so far (don't speak too soon), with light 6-10 knots from the north we are close reaching at 5-6kn. 138 miles for the 24 hr run to 3pm yesterday. Sea state giving gentle motion allowing OR to slip along unheeded. Forecast is more of the same either side of north for the next few days.
We were in the middle of the E-W shipping route yesterday with a ship passing one side or the other every few minutes. They give us decent clearance although one Chinese container ship passed within waving distance.
No much to do with sails so settling in to a routine of tea breaks, meals, reading, carving, knitting and rag rugging.
