Set off from Waterland at 11.00am having made a quick trip in to
Paramaribo with 3 french/brasilian passengers from a neighbouring yacht
for an exit stamp in our passports. No wind worth the trouble on the
river but picked up a north-easterly breeze as we apporoached the mouth
and turned off the engine at 14:30. Tacked out of the river and close
hauled we are fetching just about 330 deg which is just shy of
Scarborough. We hope the wind will back later to give us a better
course. Nice fat sea so far so no upset tum yet.
