Back in the USA
After a sad time in the UK we are in San Francisco at the start of our annual holiday. Immigration takes so long that all the bags are removed from the carousel and are sitting on the floor. Little more than time for a meal out at the restaurant next to our hotel which is fully booked so we wait until nearly 9 o'clock for a meal.
