After a sad time in the UK we are in
San Francisco at the start of our annual holiday. Immigration takes
so long that all the bags are removed from the carousel and are
sitting on the floor. Little more than time for a meal out at the
restaurant next to our hotel which is fully booked so we wait until
nearly 9 o'clock for a meal. If you want to see the chef juggling a
raw egg with a spatula and some large knife skills up close this
restaurant, the Benihana, provides.
the food is literally cooked on a special griddle forming most of a communal table.
