Echosounder showing dashes as we sail over depths of 4,800 metres, plus a sunset of pinks amongst fluffy cumulus clouds - not enough cliches yet? The rolling expanse of the Atlantic Ocean all around us as we are well on our way across the Bay of Biscay. A od of Atlantic dolphins are spotted in the distance. Then a pod spot us and one dolphin races over to look over the thre of us as we stand and watch. Another rides our bow-wave, before the pod slip away into the depths of he Atlantic.
