Mike and Helen will be spending a week with us before flying back to the UK, where, we believe, temperatures have now soared to a balmy 8C. We have tasted mofongo (mashed plantain) at Loquillo beach, swum in El Yunque National Park waterfall pool and drunk quantities of cocktails. All that remains is a visit to the capital and to drop our guests at the airport.
