Helen's snapper came as a whole fish, so Caroline de-headed and tailed it so that it didn't look like life had left it minutes before. The tarpon fought over the head and all kitchen scraps disappear quickly.

The following day we moved around the corner and anchored. Helen had the beach to herself and every snorkel dive had turtle or ray. So relaxing.
