We are now heading into Carnival time and that is likely to bring an already postal system to a standstill. Next week the marina staff get a day off to recover from hangovers. Customs is unlikely to be fully staffed for clearing post so we expect at least another week here!
So we have gone diving at the sea turtle sanctuary. Half the turtles here are unbothered by divers, one actually swam between us, almost touching us both. These turtles (green) are here all the time. They stayed because the fishing fleet chucked all their waste (fish guts etc) over the side and these omnivorous turtles pretty well live on carrion.
