Wilderness camping

Usually you need a tent and to walk to access the wilderness, but
the wonderful Kaibab Forest Service have created motorised
wilderness camps. There are unpaved gravel roads in the forest and
off these roads are short loops or dead end roads. We parked up a
dead end and settled in for a peaceful couple of days. We walked a
couple of miles seeing no-one.
It does seem cheating to have brought a shower, toilet and microwave with us. Rainbow at sunset
