The usual chaos, we couldn't find the Marina as neither the marina or the road has any signs, plus the entrance to the road is virtually invisible, just over a major intersection. In just over a day, and with frantic activity, we prepped the boat forthe Atlantic crossing.  Returned the hire car - no customs as they don't clear out yachts or crew, we just leave the country! Murray found a connection had failed last minute so that delayed our morning departure until the afternoon.

Great speed to start, with afternoon sea breezes, only for all wind to die off. We have to balance getting enough wind against avoiding storms and any adverse currents. A nightmare procession of cruise ships, a few fishing boats and we leave the skyscraper landscape behind. We are hoping for our next stop to be England - 3850 miles to go.
