....The weather forecast said we would get wind between 12.00 and 15.00. At 12.30 we started to move and by 15.00 we were sailing nicely. Then the wind carried on building to our first Atlantic gale, only short lived, but still. This was followed by further shorter calms and more depressions with force 8 plus wind - too much or not enough as usual.
 
We are now sitting waiting for the current system to pass so we can hitch a ride on its coat-tails, This time the forecast is for good sailing for several days: we'll see!
 
We were also rewarded by a pilot whale cruising alongside for a short while
