It is possible to have a very grand stay at the Consulate but we visited just for a welcome lunch and a chat with Nap Old Chap, he preferred being tucked down in Jamestown and away from the cool misty hilltop where Longwood is located. I found out a little more about the plover and when we got back to Zoonie we explored the coast a little in the canoe, but the swell was big!
