A short flight over the beautiful Andes and we arrived amidst one of the many festivals, where people from the many departments of Peru parade in their traditional dress to celebrate, work, Christian Saints days, Inca anniversaries and the multi God culture of pre-Inca times  etc.

The little girl in 384 'borrowed' my camera and took a few shots, with me still firmly attached, before losing interest.

Our first encounter with the fabulous Inca walls. Much of the pre Inca architecture is gone but the Spanish could not entirely destroy the Inca temples, so they used the foundations for their own buildings.
