A bit of breeze as we left the marina and so we had a couple of hours gentle sailing before it faded and we were back to motoring.

We crept between the Islands on the cape of Taslik Burnu and around the corner into the large bay of Cavas Limani which has a very long sandy beach running across the head of the bay with a backdrop of green hills behind

Photos show the views from Blue Magic of the beach and the scenery to the side of the bay.

The pilot book says there have been some opportunist thefts from boats in this bay so the afternoon for Mark has been spent repairing the springs on the hatch to make it secure again, whilst I relax and write the blog.

Of course my assistance has been required at various stages of the operation – ‘Always Happy to Help’

Mark is now attempting to take the fittings off the old air conditioning pump/motor ready to install the new one that Katie is bringing out to us next week.

After complaining that she would not be looked after in the manner that she is accustomed on Blue Magic we agreed, and replied  “No problem, you can bring out the part and we will provide the air conditioning”

Katie has 5 days to get those arms pumping at the gym in readiness for lifting her hand luggage, containing the motor, into the overhead locker unaided !
