From the moment we arrived in Bali Marina the staff addressed Mark as ‘Mr Mark’.

On this particular day we were filling up with diesel – a very long job in the burning midday sun.

Mark was flaking so I passed him an umbrella for some protection and one of the marina staff obliged by holding it over him.

From that day on they addressed Mark as ‘ Mr Mark, Hollywood Film star’ !
