Last night we took a Tuc Tuc to the Lighthhouse hotel where we met up with Mum & Dad – how wonderful to see them after such a long time.

The Lighthouse Hotel was very impressive, we stayed for dinner and were treated to a fantastic buffet – a bit over whelming after our simple curry and rice restaurants so far – so we made the most of it and tried as much as we could fit in !

There was a dance show after and very good coffee.

Today we are taking a tour around Galle with one of the local drivers, picking Mum & Dad up on the way. I have my camera with me so I should have some more photo updates very soon !

There is a glimmer of sunshine today so let’s hope the weather is now improving.
