After our favourite bagels for breakfast in Fuengirola with Bev and Hannah, Bev’s Mum & Tony, Bev’s brother, we set off for Estepona to track down the gas man to refill our bottles.

The wind had disappeared and the sea was flat calm, what a contrast to the previous few days.

The water was like a mirror and it was easy to see the dolphins swimming out to us to say hello and play.

I even managed to resume my exercise regime without getting thrown across the boat, think I have a bit of catching up to do !
