The sea remains quite choppy – moderate to rough, winds are fantastic 15-20kts and we are steaming along at 8-9 kts.

I had a bit of a spring clean this morning and quickly exhausted myself.

It takes so much effort moving around the boat, it is like living in one of those simulator bubbles that has gone crazy and won’t let you out !

So no hot cross buns, despite my original enthusiasm, a lay down in the sun to recover instead.

Roast chicken and roast potatoes for dinner to celebrate our half way milestone.

The gravy was limited and thick to keep it on the plates and you had to be quick at dodging the salt & pepper mills and the cranbury sauce jar as they randomly took off and flew across the table at alarming speed.

We couldn’t have a glass of wine with dinner as we don’t have enough hands to hold everything, although we could have just thrown it at each other and avoided all the stress of trying to prevent the inevitable ! (that reminds me of another story – sorry Paul!)

Besides, alcohol is not at all tempting at the moment with the exception of our sun downer of course !
