Jelly Fish !
We couldn’t have our evening and morning swim in Port
Roig as there were swarms of brown Jelly fish. So after breakfast we moved on to Cala Vadella where Sheena
& Emily got to grips with swimming in the sea wearing masks, snorkel
training later ! We persuaded Emily to part with some of her holiday spending
money (a very difficult task) to buy a snorkel and mask and a body board to
give her some buoyancy She won’t have to squeeze into Amalia’s life
jacket anymore for swimming (Amalia is 2, Emily is 14) ! Dinner ashore, overlooking the bay was very interesting as
there was a wedding on the beach that night with rows of white chairs, lot’s
of flowers and all the guests dressed in white. The bride floated in from the sea in a dinghy – how romantic
! Then the local restaurant served them all champagne and
oysters on the beach before they filed into a room above the restaurant to
party. Next stop |
