Further to the repair of the gooseneck we have renamed the crew Bodgit, Dodgit and Scarper !

To stop the bolt edging out they have placed a baked bean can top over the end of the bolt and then ‘bandaged’ it into place – it is working remarkably well and there has been no movement over night.

We are finally out of the stormy area and the sky was filled with stars again last night with the lightning now further in the distance.

The sun is shining this morning and I think we might get back to finish our polishing today.

To get into Caribbean mood last night we had spiced rum punches and Cajun chicken with Bev’s wonderful ratatouille that we froze in Gibralter.
