Sorry for the lack of blogs !

We had a fantastic time in Sydney staying at Martin & Kaths’ beautiful house which overlooks middle harbour with views right across the city.

So much water and so many boats, a sailing paradise, not to mention all the lovely beaches, gardens, parks and the city sites, it is no wonder so many Brits want to live here !

It was great to see Rob & Julie and, along with Kath, they made excellent hosts and tour guides during our stay in Sydney.

We have now returned to Blue Magic with Martin & Kath & Rob & Julie ready for some sailing through the Whitsunday Islands up to Port Douglas.

Tim, the rigger, has finished all the outstanding jobs on the boat, we have refuelled and set off with great excitement.

Our first stop was a quiet anchorage at Goldsmith Island and tonight we have sailed up to the marina at Hamilton Island for a night out.
