Day 3
We have arrived in Sciacca after motoring 50 miles with no smoke and no dramas !
Negotiated mooring costs, a necessary procedure in Sicily, and now off to climb the 209 steps into town.
Tomorrow we head for the lovely Island of Favignana on the South West tip of Sicily.
We are meeting our friends Lynn and Roger, from the splendid Oyster 'Parmazi', for dinner ashore before heading overnight to Sardinia on Sunday.
The engine room is looking much better although cleaning remains a work in progress.
The eye is also much better although still very red and looking suspiciously like I have hit the gin bottle.
