Hi Guys

We are still in La Rochelle enjoying the city and hiding from the gales that are sweeping through Biscay.

Monday was spent chilling and catching up with our e-mails, on Tuesday it rained all day and we cycled to the town sports centre for a swim.

Today the weather is improving and we have stocked up with provisions and water and cleaned and tidied the boat ready for our guests arriving tomorrow !

Paul & Jan are joining us for the weekend in La Rochelle, we can’t wait to see them, and we are looking forward to seeing the sights and having a day in Ile de Re along with sampling the local restaurants with them.

We are planning to leave La Rochelle on Tuesday 4^th May to head for La Coruna in Northern Spain, 360 Miles away. That will take us around 50 hrs non stop and so we are looking forward to some good weather and fair winds, fingers crossed.
