There have been some requests for me to be ‘nice’ to the crew in my blog today, so I will try my hardest….

Adam is an amazing cook and I am now sous chef after taking the oath ‘ I promise not to add any extra ingredients to chef’s cooking’

Malcolm is a shining example of chief bottle washer, he says it may take some time to get the galley up to his standards as it has been neglected.

Mark is ‘Capitan extraordinaire’  no need to say more !

We motored through the night and are now twistling again this morning after all crew on deck to adjust the poles.

I know I am obsessed with food but I still need to tell you that we have just had dippy eggs and toast for breakfast – Grand daughter Amalia would definitely approve !

Now that wasn’t so difficult, but it is much more fun giving the crew a hard time !
