Hi Shipmates !

The high winds have passed and we sailed around to the next Ria today in light drizzle.

We have anchored off Combarro, an old fishing village that is part of an historical restoration project.

It makes a nice change to visit shore by dinghy, we whizz along with the dinghy planning and just skimming the water, great fun.

By early evening the skies are clear and the sun is setting behind the hills. We are hoping for some good weather at last.

Whilst having dinner we saw a couple of dolphins lolloping around in the bay.

We will stay here tomorrow and most likely head for Bayonna on Wednesday, an attractive tourist resort with well protected beaches and the first mainland landfall for Christopher Columbus after returning from discovering America in 1493.

Are you impressed with the History lesson !
