Christmas Day was hot, hot, hot so we snorkelled in the bay to cool off and had showers off the back of Blue Magic.

We went ashore for a thai curry at lunchtime and wandered around the market stalls

Below is Ton Sai bay where we are anchored at the base of the tall limestones rocks, next photo the beach where we come ashore is lined with traditional long tail boats.

In the evening we ate in a restaurant along side the beach with the Jackamy’s and another table with the Tippy’s and the Chisels !

We then went off for some traditional Christmas entertainment – Thai kick boxing with waitresses dressed as Santa Claus and drinks served in plastic buckets – very classy. The most exciting fights were when members of the audience were persuaded to fight each other for free buckets of drink.
