The wind was kind to us and shifted enough to sail to the anchorage at the small port of Gazipasi.

Sol Maria set to work with their fishing rod and caught the first fish of the rally, however they didn’t beat Jackamy’s record of catching a fish as they crossed the start line for BWR in 2009 !

We were first to arrive and dismayed to see that the quay for yacht mooring was in the process of being demolished by a large digger !

However by 3.30pm all the yachts had arrived and anchored snugly in the small harbour.

The rest of the afternoon on Blue Magic has been spent catching up with Blogs !

Tomorrow we sail for Bozyazy 42 miles along the Turkish coast.
