Friday 13th July !

Katie and Charlie joined us on board yesterday for the hottest day so far as the wind had reduced to just a whisper.

The following morning we set off to Paros, 20 miles South of Mykonos, whilst the winds and sea were calm !

We anchored off the main town of Parikia and put up the big sun shade cover for the first time since arriving in the med last June.

The town was very pretty with a maze of tiny streets of white washed buildings, very Greek.

There was also a sandy beach adjacent to the town where Charlie brushed up on his batting skills ready for the cricket season.

After a couple of peaceful nights at anchor we moved around the coast to a little anchorage at Agiou Ioanna in the harbour of Naousa on the North Coast of Paros.

We spent the day snorkelling and swimming to the small beach and watched the sunset from the boat with our Pina Coladas followed by Paella for dinner.

The weather forecast was still predicting a storm blowing through from Tuesday so the next day, Monday, we motored back to Ornos Bay in Mykanos.
