On arrival at Kos we moored stern to against the Harbour wall in the Old Town, it was nice to be in the centre of things again.

Our first mission was to find Adam & Kirstys’ apartment and deliver some provisions ready for their arrival the next day.

We then hired a motor bike so that we could surprise them by meeting them at the airport.

They were the first guests at Lenaki Apartments and so we had the pools, playground and snack bar to ourselves !

The children spent a couple of nights on Blue Magic, which was lovely – especially my makeovers in the morning from Amalia.

“Grandma put your hair up and wear a dress, you will look so pretty you can surprise Granddad” !!

Adam & Kirsty also took them on a tour of the harbour in the Dinghy, Riley was not impressed he wanted to tour the harbour in “the big boat” so we had a days sailing on Blue Magic too.

Astin especially enjoyed his bath in the sink when he came to stay– a family tradition on board !

The Greek food was a hit, below Riley tucks into a Pita Giro followed by an ice cream milkshake, they also enjoyed the Souvlaki (anything on a stick is a hit !) and, of course, lots of Ice Creams – Katie would be proud !

This photo below had to be included, not to be out dressed by Amalia, who fashionably wore her sun glasses on her head to go out for dinner, Riley decided to wear swimming goggles which he kept on all evening !

The second photo was taken on our visit to the old Town Castle.

We had a fantastic 8 days with the Dewey clan, lots of sunshine and fun – perfect !
