We had two excellent dives yesterday seeing lion fish, scorpion fish, moray eels, pipe fish, trigger fish, reef octopus and a bump head parrot fish to name just a few.

We were very spoilt with the dive boat to ourselves, and our own personal instructor – perfect !

Bottom time 59 mins on both dives, I know what you are thinking - Mark must have swapped tanks or at the very least shared air, but no, he came up with virtually the same air as me. Not only that but we used the dive school tanks so he didn’t have the security of his own tank that is 50% bigger than standard.

Wow - he has finally cracked the breathing !  

Diving was followed by lunch (Indonesian curry of course) whilst laid down on comfy cushions on our own private platform overlooking the water – how romantic.

Later that day we phoned Adam & Kirsty and spoke to them just as they were sitting on the plane ready for take off in London. Mark spoke to Amalia who said :-

“I am on my way Grandad, I am on my way”

After another good nights sleep we dropped the buoy just before 6.00am and headed around the reef towards Bali – so we are on our way too.

We can’t believe that we will be seeing them all tonight !
