Another night of gentle sailing although the sails are demanding much attention !

Since we don’t have our twistle rig operational, we have the genoa poled out one side and the mainsail on the other and they are much more sensitive to wind direction changes which seem to be very frequent.

We had several stowaway birds on the dinghy last night (I think they are having a relay race), so I have just finished washing off the birds muck.

Another hot and sunny morning, the temperature has noticeably increased since we rounded Northern Australia, seems strange to be heading North to warmer climates.

We have now crossed the bay of Carpentara and we are sailing along the coast of the Northern Territories, 290 Miles to Darwin.
