Well, we are into day 3 of our trip to Niue.

It was all rather lively for the first day and night, Sandie made friends with the bucket again and I resorted to dinner from tins !

The sea has since evened out a bit (or we are getting used to it ?) and life is getting back to ‘normal’.

Sandie has appeared from her bunk and had a piece of toast – so she is getting better although she is still feeling quite exhausted.

AS I am writing the blog we have the twistle rig and the main flying and we have just hit 10.2 knots so we are flying along.

The RATS (Royal Association of Twistle Rig Setters) have been twistling again but we are missing the other founder member, Adam wish you were here – you would love it !

Our ETA in Niue is late afternoon or early evening tomorrow, although if we keep up these speeds we will be there for lunch !
