We thought we had a storm last night but that was just a baby one compared to tonight !

The thunder is rolling directly overhead and we have sheet lightening and heavy rain, with a big rolling motion as we motor through the storm, it is quite eerie in the darkness of night.

This has been the scenario since 0100 this morning and so we must be coming out of it soon – unless the storm is moving with us !

Any way all is well, it is quite spectacular to watch and the rain is giving the boat a good wash off, so we can get the crew polishing tomorrow !

I can’t go without a food update …..

Adam cooked homemade chilli burgers tonight, a Jamie Oliver recipe (with some additions) and I made fresh coleslaw – yummy.

We followed that with sticky toffee pudding and custard for desert !
