The ‘Crew’ and the send off ‘party’ prepare for leaving Gibralter

 

 

 

 

We slip our mooring and leave the rock behind

 

 

 

Europa point below, marks the start line for the rally.

Our send off party, Bev & Martin and Tim & Heather look down on the boats milling around waiting for the start gun.

They are on the viewing platform at Europa point, right on top of the rock.

 

    

 

‘Blue Magic’ crosses the start line for Blue Water Rallies 2009 with Blue Magic banner and BWR banner flags flying – we’re off !
