Another very wet trip with average wind speeds of 25knots, we were glad to get tied up in Almerimar marina.

This is the view out of our front windows during the passage, after a couple of soakings in the cockpit we escaped below, it was like being in a car wash !

On our way to the Marina office to sign in we bumped into another couple from the rally, Addie and Jeremy on their Moody 42 ‘Chsalonina’.

Their trip had been even worse, with engine failure they had to tack into the weather, hardly making any ground, and making for a very long sail.

We all got together to exchange stories over dinner and a few bottles of wine.
