An early morning swim and beans on toast set us up for the 45 mile motor to Almerimar where we are moored bows too in the huge marina.

The coast line today was very boring and completely covered with polythene tunnels, where presumably all the local produce is grown.

The forecast is not looking appealing for our next leg around Cabo de Gata into the Costa Blanca and the anchorages in that area are all open to the current Easterly winds.

We are settled here for the night and will take another forecast before we decide on our next trip. If the Easterlies continue we may stay here another night and then get an early start on Monday and head for the next comfortable marina at either Mazarron or Cartagena, over 100 miles away.

We will keep you all posted ….
