Bryher Island
|
Moved from St Mary’s at 6am on the high tide and drove
over the brown stuff on the chart, through the rocks below at high water and
had 3 metres under the keel from St Mary’s to Tresco
These rocks were submerged when we came through the
channel
Lovely spot to moor between the 2 islands Bryher and
Tresco, Tresco is the posh one with lovely shop, hotel, pub and heli pad and
famous Tresco gardens, Brhyer is very rustic with 1 shop which is someone’s
house and 1 pub called Fraggle rock
Buying veg at the local veg shop
A beautiful view from Bryher looking over Tresco
Looking out to Biscay, flat calm today
Wild horses/ponies, they walked right up to us and David
stroked them
David was pleased they had Doombar on draft
Tame birds ate David’s pastie crumbs out of my hand
Just a great scene…. The Scilly’s is just lovely Love to you all Miss you |
