Christmas on Suzie Too

Suzie Too - Western Caribbean

Christmas Eve we took the bicycles into town did the bikini thing (no just bought it) and had a great brunch at The Riverside Hotel, on the way back over the bridge we saw 3 Manatee, a mother and 2 calves and then the largest Iguana I have ever seen – all quite pre-historic looking things. It is really warm about 85F deg (in old money) and later Suzanne, back on the yacht in
her bikini (not her new one – she is sooo.. not allowed to sweat – sorry glisten – in that and anyway it's not Christmas yet). It’s really quite humid here and warmer than usual, so it’s just
lovely – Oops, not again – very nice – or as Colorado Bob thinks the English say “bloody brilliant” – do we say that ?

We hit the beach later and picked up some champagne from the liquor store and then back to rinse the salt water off “Suzie Too” as the air cooled and the sun went down and had steak and salad on board.

Christmas morning we called and Skyped family and friends had champagne, salmon and eggs for breakfast, went for a long walk on the beach and got back for a late lunch and were joined by
Bob, Suzanne and Nick from the Amel “Brittany de la Mer”

An all round good day
