What a great _expression_ they have here, they celebrate the Old Years Night and just refer to it as “Old Year’s”. We had an easy day and had a reservation at the Marina Restaurant – run by an Italian guy and it was packed, they had a band and a 5 course buffet meal, not with yotties, but the locals flooded in. We wandered around the mooring and spoke with some of the super yacht crews, everyone was very relaxed, so very pleasant evening and we were not too hung over in the morning.

 

The next day Rhianna came in on a luxury chartered motor yacht. I hung around the marina, cos I know she has had man trouble recently and thought she might be interested in trying an older guy, who would give here less trouble – but we didn’t see her. Anyway she is younger than my daughter, which I think is embarrassing for me or her – or just everyone.

 

I tried taking a few shots, but I think the Security Guards that I looked like paparazzi with my big Nikon and asked me not to take any piccies – so sorry – more to follow
