Hi Everyone
A Big Thank you to you all for watching over us, praying for
our safe journey across the oceans and taking a keen interest in our
adventures. For a while our travels are over but we will be returning in
Sept, so watch this space.
The latest news is ;- Suzie Too the Moody our current boat is
on her way back via the Azores to the UK, Ancasta who are our Agents in the UK
have several people interested in purchasing her, so that good news. We will
just have to unload all of our personal stuff when she gets back to Gosport and then hopefully she will go to a good home and
someone that will care for her as we have done for the last 4 years.
We fly back into the UK on Friday 12th June and
we will be around until September, our plans at the moment are to have time to
catch up with everybody, family, friends and to do some work, to make our
picture books with all of our photos and sign for the delivery of our new Suzie
Too.
Our new boat is still in the Lille
factory in Belgium and will
be delivered to the UK
by truck without the keel or mast fitted in July. She will be fitted out
and commissioned in the Hamble at Hamble Point and we should take delivery of
her around mid August time. We will have a month shake down where we will
sail her up and down the Solent to see if anything falls off, then come middle
of September we will set sail again, heading for the Caribbean
arriving mid to the end of November.
It will be great to be back for a while, we look forward to seeing
you soon.
